Service Description
We provide technical support throughout the testing and commissioning process to ensure hydronic systems operate in full alignment with design intent and performance requirements. Our involvement focuses on reducing commissioning risk and ensuring systems enter operation in a stable, efficient, and reliable condition. Each engagement begins with a review of installation quality, system readiness, and compliance with design documentation. We assess hydraulic arrangements, control configurations, and plant setup to confirm that systems are prepared for commissioning and that no latent installation issues will compromise performance. We support functional testing, hydraulic balancing, and validation of control sequences under live operating conditions. System behaviour is reviewed against expected performance criteria, allowing issues to be identified and resolved prior to handover. This process ensures consistent operation, reduced post-completion defects, and long-term system reliability.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings with SDG Hydronics are reserved specifically for each client. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or failure to attend a booked appointment, may be charged in full. For on-site services, any costs already incurred may also be charged. If SDG Hydronics needs to cancel or reschedule, an alternative appointment or a full refund will be offered. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to this policy.
