Service Description
We provide technical advisory and project management support for hydronic and plant room projects where engineering clarity, coordination, and risk control are critical. Our role is to act as a technical authority, ensuring that design intent, performance objectives, and compliance requirements are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Each appointment begins with a clear definition of technical scope, responsibilities, and project constraints. We support design coordination, interface management between disciplines, and technical decision-making, ensuring that engineering solutions remain practical, buildable, and aligned with programme and budget objectives. Throughout delivery, we provide ongoing technical oversight, respond to contractor queries, review proposed changes, and manage technical risk. This structured approach prevents design drift, reduces costly rework, and ensures systems are delivered in line with agreed performance and operational expectations.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings with SDG Hydronics are reserved specifically for each client. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or failure to attend a booked appointment, may be charged in full. For on-site services, any costs already incurred may also be charged. If SDG Hydronics needs to cancel or reschedule, an alternative appointment or a full refund will be offered. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to this policy.
